Do I need prior financial knowledge to start?
No. The Foundations program is specifically designed for people with no prior background in real estate or finance. It starts from first principles and builds from there. The other programs assume completion of Foundations or equivalent familiarity with basic concepts.
Is this personalized financial advice?
No. Calvexora is an educational institution. Our programs explain how the sector works as a general economic and financial system. We do not provide personalized advice, recommendations, or guidance tailored to individual situations. For personal financial decisions, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.
Can I access programs from outside Concepción?
Yes. All programs are delivered entirely online. You can access content from anywhere in Chile with an internet connection. There are no in-person requirements.
